Because the drug packaging has changed from the previous compliance packaging to the more common blister pack format, we have updated the CRA instructions. 

It is available for download in the U1105-rx section of Active Protocols.

A Study of the Effects of Exercise on Cancer-Related Fatigue

As of today, the above study is active.  The protocol and forms have been posted on our website.  You will need to LOG IN in order to download these documents for submission to your IRB.  Not all of the video clips are on line yet but will be shortly.
