A new Menu item has been added called "Multimedia" which allows us to share video. Currently uploaded is the monthly accruals Flash Chart, which compares accruals across the past four years. Click on the "Multimedia" listing from any page to go to the interactive menu. *Please note that this will still require your local web browser to have compatible multimedia plugins to view. |

What is a CTO Registration Form? |

On each of the URCC studies, you complete a form called a CTO Registration (or Reg) form. C.T.O. stands for Clinical Trials Office and refers to our local unit that handles metadata on all clinical trials participants. But the form is much more than that -- it's a registration tool for you to use. Did you know that if you complete the CTO Registration form prior to starting the URCC CCOP Online Registration program that you will have all of the answers that you need to complete the registration? And it's all on one form without having to hunt through the study chart. Each form has a list of codes involved based on the NIH approved designations for clinical trials.
